Only a successful booking receipt means it was registered. An unavailable time cannot be reserved through that flow. If the result is uncertain, contact the clinic before trying again. The Request a call back option remains an enquiry rather than a confirmed appointment. Contact the clinic promptly to change or cancel a confirmed appointment. Any notice period, deposit, late-arrival arrangement, cancellation charge or refund condition must be communicated and agreed before it applies. This website does not publish a blanket cancellation fee or create a non-refundable deposit. ## 4. Prices, estimates and payments The website does not accept payment. Ask for the assessment fee and a written estimate before agreeing to care. Clarify the total price, any applicable taxes, products and sessions included, follow-up, maintenance and possible additional costs.
