3DMIRACL

A named UltraClear treatment focused on the skin's superficial layers. 3DMIRACL is designed for skin refreshment, tone and surface texture, using the platform's 2910 nm fibre laser.

Your care, step by step.

  1. Assess the target

Identify the concern, skin or body area and suitability.

  2. Plan the sequence

Agree the technology, timing, recovery and expected course of care.

  3. Superficial treatment

Perform the planned UltraClear treatment and explain skin aftercare.

  4. Recover & review

Follow aftercare and review the response before any further treatment.

What to plan for

Discuss whether a superficial treatment fits your priorities, the likely skin response and how to prepare and care for your skin afterwards.

The sequence, session count and intervals are agreed individually. This is a pathway, not a fixed calendar.

An informed choice.

Evidence & expectations

3DMIRACL is a superficial UltraClear approach. The cited low-fluence study is relevant context, but its study settings and follow-up are not a personal prescription or proof of a fixed recovery time.[1]

A 20-person study examined two superficial, low-fluence 2910 nm treatments for mild photodamage. It reported improvement with short-term skin effects. Evidence from that superficial mode cannot be transferred unchanged to deeper resurfacing or Laser-Coring.[2]

Preparation & recovery

Clarify the exact treatment mode and depth before arranging social or work commitments. The superficial study observed redness and swelling; more intensive modes need a separate discussion of wound care, recovery and review.[2][3]

Risks & limitations

Pigment can darken or lighten after an inflammatory procedure. Melasma can recur and needs an ongoing management plan; a laser is not a universal cure for brown patches. Establish the diagnosis before selecting the device.[4]

The word “cold” in a platform description does not mean there is no tissue injury. Ask specifically about infection, scarring, pigment alteration and the plan for an unexpected healing response.[3]

Compare your options

Compare the goal and recovery of superficial refreshment, fractional non-ablative treatment and deeper resurfacing. Greater treatment intensity is not automatically the better choice.[2][5]

How we use evidence

A controlled trial compares interventions in defined groups; an uncontrolled cohort cannot, alone, establish causality. A review depends on the quality of its included studies. We distinguish these sources from manufacturer information and identify when findings do not directly apply to the platform or protocol.

The date records when sources were checked for this guide. It is not a statement of individual clinical review, product authorisation or confirmation of the clinic’s available configuration.

This guide supports a conversation with your clinician. It does not determine your suitability or replace individual aftercare instructions.
